1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IDT Dental Clinic website (idt.al) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Medical Disclaimer

• IDT Dental Clinic provides dental treatment services in Tirana, Albania

• All medical information on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice

• A formal consultation with our dental professionals is required before any treatment

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on medical assessment

• Treatment outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances

3. Booking and Payment Terms

• Consultations: Initial remote consultations are free of charge

• Deposits: A 30% deposit is required to secure treatment dates

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and cash (EUR or ALL)

• Full Payment: Complete payment is due before or on the day of treatment

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before appointment: Full refund

  • Cancellation 15-29 days before: 50% refund of deposit

  • Cancellation <14 days before: No refund

• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with 7+ days notice

4. Warranty Terms

• 10-Year Implant Warranty: Covers implant failure due to material defects or osseointegration failure

• 5-Year Prosthesis Warranty: Covers cracks or fractures in crowns/bridges under normal use

• Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage from accidents, trauma, or poor oral hygiene

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Conditions not following post-operative instructions

  • Patients who fail to attend annual check-ups (local or remote)

• Warranty Activation: Requires completion of all treatment stages and submission of final panoramic X-ray

5. Travel and Accommodation

• Free hotel accommodation is provided for 4-5 nights based on treatment type

• Airport transfers are included from Tirana International Airport (TIA)

• Patients are responsible for their flight arrangements and travel insurance

• We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions

6. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability is limited to the treatment cost paid

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• All patients must have adequate travel and medical insurance

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest) may lead to treatment postponement

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials are the property of IDT Dental Clinic and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Tirana, Albania, before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
